Home Made Milk Puddingi
(Dessert Recipe)

Home Made Milk Pudding Ingredients:
2 ½ cup milk
150 gram sugar
30 gram gelatin
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Home Made Milk Pudding Recipe Preparation:
Heat the milk and beaten eggs in a saucepan while stirring continuously.

Bring it to a boil and then reduce the flame and cook it for 2 more minutes.

Meanwhile, mix gelatin with a little boiling water, stir and add it to the boiling milk.

Mixi well and then turn off the flame.

Add the vanilla and sugar, mix till it dissolves completely.

15 grams Unflavored gelatin
225 sugar
200 ml hot water
icing sugar for final touch up
2 tsp
rice balls

1. Soften the gelatin with 50ml of hot water. (keep the bowl warm in the double boiler if necessary.)
2. Melt the sugar in the rest of the hot water.
3. Pour the sugar water into the gelatin and mix them with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes
4. Pour the sugar water into the gelatin and mix them with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes
5. The mixture will start to set once it cools, so quickly pour the mixture into the container.

BANTURAY SHAKE

Unfortunately, I have not made any videos on how to prepare the Banturay Shake. Well this is because I lack the resources to make a video and I most of all do not have the time. The inspiration to come up with this recipe came about when my daughter's Home Economics teacher assigned her class to think of a unique fruit shake recipe. Off course, Daddy came to the rescue!!!
