Homemade Cone Bread

150 grams flour, all-purpose
8 grams sugar
3 grams yeast, active dry
3 grams salt
65 milliliters water
9 grams butter
1/2 large egg

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mixi on low speed for one minute.

Add water and egg, mix on low speed for one minute.

Combine butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10-15 minutes on medium speed.

Cover the dough with a towel and let rise in a warm place until dough has doubled in volume.

Punch the dough down and cut dough four pieces.

Homemade Jujubes

200 grams sugar
2 tablespoons gelatin
150 millilitres water
2 tablespoons liquid glucose syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon strawberry extract
50 grams sugar
1 x food coloring
In a smaller pan put 100ml water and 200 g sugar, mix well.
Heat mixture, bring to boil, reach a temperature 115c, remove from heat (ow heat- use thermometer).
Soften the gelatin with 50 ml of water (keep the bowl warm in the double boiler)
Add the gelatin to the sugar mixture and glucose syrup, mix well.

Homemade Fortune Cookies

* ¼ cups Plain Flouri

* ½ Tablespoons Corn Flouri

* ⅛ cups Sugar

* ⅛ teaspoons Salti

* 2 Tablespoons Oil

* 28 grams Eggi White

* ¼ teaspoons Water

* ½ teaspoons Vanillai

* ⅛ teaspoons Almondi Essencei

Sifti the flour and corn flour. Add sugar and salt. Mixi well. Stiri in the oil, egg whites, water, vanilla and almond essence. Mix well.

Homemade coffee milk pudding

* 100 milliliters Milk
* 50 grams Sugar (divided Use)
* 1 teaspoon Vanillai Extract, Divided Use
* 20 grams Gelatin
* 4 Tablespoons Hot Water, Divided Use
* 100 milliliters Coffeei Dissolved
* 1 teaspoon Golden Syrupi Or Maple Syrup

Preparation Instructions

Spray a standard sized muffin tin (6-count) or similar sized mold with non-stick cooking spray – or you can grease it.

Mixi milk, 25 grams of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a pan and cook over low-medium flame.

Homemade Clay Pot Curd

1 litre milk fresh
2 tablespoons yogurt

Heat milk in saucepan over low heat until it begins to boil, temperature 110 c, use a thermometer (use the finger temperature test)

Remove from heart and allow to cool. Temperature 25 between 30c. If necessary use a thermometer.

Add 2 tablespoons yogurt, stir well.

Transfer the yogurt mixture to new clay pot, cover the pot in a thick blanket. (If weather is too cool).

Place for overnight or for 10- 12 hours. (Curdi will be done)

When it is done refrigerate it for 1-2 hours for better results.

Serve and enjoy.

100 grams ulundu ulundu
1 large onion finely chopped
4 each chilies dried
1 teaspoon chat masala powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 teaspoons curry leaves finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
500 millilitres vegetable oil for frying
1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
1/2 teaspoon ginger fresly and finely chopped

Sock ulundu in water for 6 hours.not to much water.

Grindi in to a thick and fine adding very little water.

Transfer to a bowl and adding Ingredients.

600 g steamed flour
3- tea spoon salt [to taste]
550 ml boiling water

In a steamer steam a plain flour,about 30 minutes gas, cooker[ 45 m fire woods] when cool break up and sift.[once-twice]
steam flour available food shop and super market.Put flour and salt in to a bowl and slowly add water. Mixi quickly in to a pliable dough.

homemade coconut pittu

250 g rice flour
200 g grated coconut
50 ml water
2 teaspoon salt[to taste]
sift the rice flour and put it to a bowl. add grated coconut salt and mix well.
slowly pour in the water mixing with your fingers as you do so until resembles bread crumbs.
place the mixture in the pittu mould and steam for about 7 minutes until cooked.[steam emerges from pittu mold]
transfer to a plate and cut pieces.
serve with curry.

250.0 grams flour, all-purpose
125.0 grams butter
75.0 grams sugar
1.0 large egg
2.5 ml vanilla extract
100.0 grams dessicated coconut
50.0 grams dates
50.0 grams sugar
25.0 grams raisins, seedless
25.0 grams cashew nuts
2.5 ml almond extract

In a mixing bowel cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla and beat 2 minutes, combine flour and mix well.

Cover the dough and refrigerator for at least30 minutes.

Roll the pastry dough and cut into (2inch diameter) rounds.


homemade marshmallows

30 g unflavored gelatin

450 g sugar

400 ml water

2 tea spoon vanilla

soften the gelatin with 100 ml of hot water( keep the bowl warm in the double boiler)

in a small saucepan combine the 300 ml water and sugar. place over medium high heat until the mixture reaches 116 centigrade.(use the candy thermometer)once the mixture reaches this temperature remove from heat. pour the sugar mixture in to the gelatin mixture and using an electric mixture, beat on high speed for 10 minutes and add vanilla and beat for one minute.
