Homemade Marble Mini Bread

Ingredients
300 grams flour, all-purpose
15 grams sugar
6 grams yeast, active dry
7 grams salt
130 milliliters water
18 grams butter
1 large egg
Directions

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mixi on low speed for one minute.

Add water and egg, mix on low speed for one minute.

Combine butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10-15 minutes on medium speed.

Cover the dough with a towel and let rise in a warm place until dough has doubled in volume.

Homemade Fried Semolina Bread

1/4 cup semolina
2 teaspoons bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 cup water lukewarm
250 millilitres coconut oil for frying
Directions

Take the semolina in a bowl and add bread flour,baking powder ,salt and water.Mixi well.Now knead by hand seven minutes.Add vegetable oil and knead one minute.The dough should not be soft but little stiff.

Cover it wet cloth for 20 minutes .After that roll out the dough to from a large rectangle 9x 9 inch and thick 1/16 inch.

Homemade Pasta

* 150 grams Plain Flouri
* 2 whole Eggs

Preparation Instructions

Sifti the flour. Pour flour in a bowl. Now make a well in the center and break in the eggs.

Using a folk, whisk the eggs until combined and then start adding in some the flour.

Use your hands and knead the dough about 5 minutes, adding a little flour if necessary. Doughi must be smooth and pliable.

Now cover the dough with a tea towel and allow to relax about 30 minutes.

Homemade Sweet Lotus Root Chips

100 grams lotus root slices
50 millilitres treacle coconut
250 millilitres vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions

Wash and peel brown skin.Drain out water completely.[use a vegetable peeler or sharp knife.]

Cut thinly slice lotus root into about 1/8 inch segments.

Heat oil, deep fry the slices until they are crispy.

Remove slices and cool.

* 2 Tablespoons Bell Pepper Shredded
* 1 Tablespoon Soy Saucei
* 1-½ Tablespoon Tomato Saucei
* ¼ teaspoons Pepper To Taste
* 1 cube Vegetable Bouilloni
* 1 teaspoon Salti To Taste
* 150 milliliters White Creami Sauce (Storebought Alfredo Or Other Will Do)
* 100 grams Green Onion Stalks (the Greensi, Cut In One-inch Pieces)

Homemade Sago Biscuits

* 20 grams Sagoi Flouri
* 200 grams Desiccated Coconuti
* 200 grams Breadi Crumbs
* 300 grams Sugar

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 200C.

In a medium bowl put all ingredients and mix well, about 5 minutes (it will be a pliable dough).

Using a 2-inch wide and 1/4-inch high ring or cookie cutter, place the ring in a greased tray and put some sago mixture. Press firmly until compact. The top of the surface must be flat. Very carefully remove ring. Repeat this step with the rest of the dough. (Makes roughly 10 biscuits.)

* 1 Tablespoon Dissolved Coffeei
* 1 teaspoon Vanillai
* 50 grams Roasted Peanuts

Preparation Instructions

Mixi baking powder and flour. Sifti well.

In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar. Beat well. Next add egg, dissolved coffee and vanilla. Beat well.

Now cover the dough and refrigerate for one hour or until it is easy to handle.

* 100 grams kurakkan Flour

* 10 grams Sugar

* 6 grams Yeasti

* 5 grams Salti

* 180 milliliters Water

* 15 grams Butteri

* 1 egg

* 5 grams milk powder

In mixing bowl combine flour, kurkkan flour,milk powder, sugar, yeast, and salt, and mix on low speed for one minute.

Add water ,egg and mix on low speed for one minute.

Add in the butter and kneed until smooth and elastic, about 10-15 minutes at medium speed.

Cover dough with towel and let it rise in a warm place until volume doubles in size.
