Marzipan roll

An incredible spicy honey almond roll.
You'll need:
Doughi: 40g yeast
Ѕ cup milk
120g liquid honey
1000g flour
400g butter
1tsp ground cardamom
1tsp ground nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
200g raisins
1 lemon’s peel
100g candied fruits
200g ground sweet almond
Filling: 200g marzipan
200g powdered sugar
50g butter

Combine yeast and milk, add flour, honey, butter and spices.
Make dough, cover with towel and put in warm place for 20 min. Then add other products and let stay for minimum 30 min.
Pre-heat oven to 190 C.
Mixi marzipan with powdered sugar and make a tube.

… to put marzipan tube in it.

Lay the roll on pergamed baker sheet and let it come up in warm place for 20 min.
Make foil sidings as shown for roll not to spread horizontally.
Baking time: 70-80 min
