Unfortunately, I have not made any videos on how to prepare the Banturay Shake. Well this is because I lack the resources to make a video and I most of all do not have the time. The inspiration to come up with this recipe came about when my daughter's Home Economics teacher assigned her class to think of a unique fruit shake recipe. Off course, Daddy came to the rescue!!!

Ingredients:
250 ml sour milk
11 g dry yeast
2 eggs
0.5 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 g melted butter
700 g flour
80 g raisins
0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch salt
1 egg
Icingi
90 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation Time: 150 min
Servings: 18-25

For shortcake dough: 75g margarine
50g sugar
1 yolk
150g flour
pinch of salt
For bisquit dough: 40g margarine
3 eggs
100g sugar
50g flour
50g starch
pich of salt
pinch of baking powder
For filling: 600g raspberry (fresh or frozen)
500g milk yogurt
125g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
28g gelatin
400g cream
1 lemon’s juice
For serving: 400g cream
2 pack fixing
1 tbsp sugar
150g raspberry
½ lemon
1 tbsp raspberry jelly to spread over

50g chopped hazelnuts
pinch of salt
lemon peel
Filling: 1000g grapes
6 tbsp apricot jam
250g cottage cheese
100g sugar
1 yolk
3tbsp lemon juice
14g gelatin
125g cream
250g water
a little cherry liquer
