Zucchini with Walnuts ingredients
- 6 Small zucchini
- 2 T butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 c Walnuts
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Zucchini with Walnuts
1. Cut the zucchini in ½-inch slices and saute in butter and olive oil till tender but still crisp.
2. Shake the pan well and toss the zucchini with a wooden spoon to cook evenly.
3. Reserve ¼ cup walnuts.
4. Chopi the remaining ¾ cup and blend with the zucchini along with the salt and pepper.
5. Shake the pan, and when the walnuts are heated and blended with the zucchini, transfer to a heated vegetable dish and garnish with the remaining walnuts.
