Zucchini parmesan ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cheese, grated
- 8 Zucchini, sliced, medium
- c Onion, chopped
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 1 Garlic, clove, large
- 1 T Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Rosemary
- 4 c Tomatoes, peeled
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
Cooking Zucchini parmesan
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. Add zucchini, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
3. Sautei" mixture over medium heat, stirring often, until zucchini is tender (20 minutes).
4. Tossi in chopped tomatoes and continue to saute" until tomatoes are thoroughly heated (5 minutes).
5. Turn mixture into a serving dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
