  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1 t Salt

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, large
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c buttermilk
  • 2 c Zucchini; unpeeled, grated
  • 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Walnuts; chopped

Cooking Zucchini Chocolate Cake 3

1. Sifti together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
2. Creami together the butter, oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer at medium speed.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Blend in vanilla Extract.
5. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
6. Stiri in zucchini.
7. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
8. Bakei in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
9. Cool in pan on rack.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
