  • 30 g garlic
  • 1 seasoning (salt+pepper)
  • 4 g Oregano, fresh
  • 4 g thyme, fresh
  • 4 g basil, fresh

1. WASH AND TRIM BABY MARROWS CUT INTO 4mm SLICES HEAT OIL AND SAUTE BABY MARROW REMOVE AND KEEP HOT SAUTE CHOPPED GARLIC AND ONIONS ADD TOMATO CONCASSE, BLACK OLIVES, CHOPPED HERBS AND SEASONING ADD BABY MARROW SIMMER UNTIL TENDER ADJUST SEASONING SERVE IN A VEGETABLE DISH.
