Zesty indian chicken

1. * non-fat sour cream spray the chicken breasts lightly with cooking spray and coat each with ½ tsp of the indian spice mixture.
2. Broili the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until done.
3. Place a dollop (about 2 tbsp) of nonfat sour cream on each.
