Zesty homemade chili (p/c) ingredients
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 Green pepper, chopped
- 1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 c water
- 1 T Chili powder
- 1⁄2 t Cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
- 1⁄2 t Oregano
- 1 t Ground cumin
- 2 clv garlic, finely chopped
- 1 t Salt
- 1 cn (16 oz) kidney beans
- -drained and rinsed
Cooking Zesty homemade chili (p/c)
1. Heat cooker, brown meat, onion, and green pepper.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
3. Close cover securely.
4. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
5. Cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
6. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
7. Stiri in kidney beans and heat through.
8. 8 servings per servings: 302 calories, 15 g fat, 76 mg cholesterol.
