Zelnacka (czech cabbage soup)

Zelnacka (czech cabbage soup) ingredients
- 2 oz Fat bacon, diced
- 1 Onions, finely chopped
- 1 l water
- 6 oz Pickled cabbage
- - drained, thinly sliced
- Salt
- Caraway
- 2 Potatoes, peeled, diced
- Sweet paprika
- 2 T flour
- 3 T Sour cream
Cooking Zelnacka (czech cabbage soup)
1. Simmeri bacon until rendering point is reached.
2. Add onion and sear until light brown.
3. Pour water, add cabbage, salt, caraway and potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with sweet paprika powder and boil until soft.
5. Thicken with flour diluted in ¼ up cold water.
6. Correct seasoning.
7. Add sour cream, mix to blend and serve immediately.
