Zaporozhste yogurt chicken

Zaporozhste yogurt chicken ingredients
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 2 t Yellow mustard
- 2 ea Bay leaves
- 1 c Carrots shredded
- 1 t Dill fresh, chopped
- 2 large Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 t thyme
- 1 1⁄2 c Yogurt, plain
- 1 1⁄2 c Plain breadcrumbs
- 4 Skinless, boneless chicken
- -breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Zaporozhste yogurt chicken
1. Put yogurt in medium-sized bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and other spices.
3. Mixi thoroughly.
4. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl.
5. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first into yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom.
6. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken.
7. Bakei in a 350 °F pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
8. Serve with either rice or noodles.
