Yogurt with Cumcumber and Mint (Kheere Ka Raita) ingredients
- c Plain Yogurt
- 2 T Finely chopped fresh mint

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
- 1 Cucumber peeled and grated
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Roasted cumin seeds
- 1 t Salt
Cooking Yogurt with Cumcumber and Mint (Kheere Ka Raita)
1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.
2. Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
3. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
