Yogurt Parfait

Yogurt Parfait ingredients
- 2 c Plain low fat yogurt
- 1 c Sliced strawberries
- 1⁄2 c Blueberries
- 1⁄2 c other sliced fruit such as grapes, kiwi, or orange segments
- 1 c Granola
Cooking Yogurt Parfait
1. In a tall parfait or wine glass alternate layers of yogurt, granola, and fruit.
2. Repeat until all yogurt, granola, and fruit have been used up. Prepare the evening before and chill in the refrigerator.
