Yam-Stuffed Apples ingredients
- 1 T Corn oil
- 1 c yam
- 1 c Red bell pepper
- 1 c sweet onion
- 2483527⁄624973141 c fresh thyme
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t white pepper
- 2 sli Bread
- 14 oz Canned tomatoes
- 4 Apple
Cooking Yam-Stuffed Apples
1. Heat oil in a skillet, over a medium flame.
2. Add yams, bell peppers, onions, and thyme.
3. Heat and stir for 6-8 minutes.
4. Seasoni to taste with salt and white pepper.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add crumbled bread-mix well.
7. Moisten with enough juice from the canned tomatoes to hold mixture together.
8. Spoon into apples.
9. Pour the tomatoes and remaining juice into a casserole arrange the stuffed apples on top.
