  • 2 c flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 2 t Baking soda
  • 2 t Cinnamon

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Brown sugar

  • 4 c Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 12 Ice cream cone

Cooking X Carrot Cake in a Cone

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Sifti together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
3. Whiski together oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until smooth stir in apple, carrots, and dry ingredients until just blended.
4. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2 baking pan. Cool on a rack.
5. Scoop into ice cream cones.
6. Frosti as desired with cream cheese frosting.
7. Serve at room temperature.
