Working mom's mango chicken ingredients
- 1 4 pound
- 1 8 oz bottle
- 1 pk onion soup mix -- dry
- 1 t Fresh ginger root -- grated
- 1 8 oz jar apricot
- Frying chicken -- cut up
- Russian salad dressing
- Mango preserves -- or
Cooking Working mom's mango chicken
1. Early in the morning before work, wash, dry and cut up chicken.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag. Refrigerate all day. Immediately upon arriving home from work empty the contents of the zip lock bag into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish.
3. Scrub a baking potato for each family member; prick with a fork and place on oven rack next to the chicken.
4. Bakei at 350 °F for 1-¼ hours.
5. Indulge yourself in a bubble bath, toss a light salad and pour a couple of cocktails for you and mr. Wonderful.
6. Great dinner.
7. No effort.
8. Hint when your children reach their teens and arrive home from school an hour or two before mom and dad, have the kids put the dinner in the oven, set the table and toss a salad.
9. When you and mr. Wonderful walk through the door, the smell will delight you. Your kids will love your gratitude.
