Worcester Broiled Halibut Steaks

Worcester Broiled Halibut Steaks ingredients
- 2 lb Halibut steaks
- 2 T Orange juice
- 1 T Orange peel; traged
- 4 t worchestershire sause
- 1 t Salt
- 2 T butter (or marg.)
Cooking Worcester Broiled Halibut Steaks
1. Arrange fish on rack in broiler pan; set aside.
2. Combine orange juice and peel, worcestershire sauce and salt.
3. Brush lighlty over fish.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Place under pre-heated hot broiler 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, basting with remaining worcestershire mixture.
