Worcester Broiled Halibut Steaks ingredients

  • 2 lb Halibut steaks
  • 2 T Orange juice
  • 1 T Orange peel; traged
  • 4 t worchestershire sause
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 T butter (or marg.)

Cooking Worcester Broiled Halibut Steaks

1. Arrange fish on rack in broiler pan; set aside.
2. Combine orange juice and peel, worcestershire sauce and salt.
3. Brush lighlty over fish.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Place under pre-heated hot broiler 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, basting with remaining worcestershire mixture.
