Winter squash with cranberries ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Cooked squash (12 oz frozen)
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Coarsely chopped cranberries
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
- 1 T margarine; melted
- 1 ds Nutmeg
Cooking Winter squash with cranberries
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Thaw winter squash if frozen.
3. Combine with egg. stir in cranberries, salt and pepper.
4. Turn into 1 ½ quart casserole.
5. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
6. bake 35 to 40 min.
7. ½ cup serving: 82 cal, ½ starch, 1 fat exchange.
