Wined Teriyaki Strips ingredients

  • 2 large flanK STEAKS
  • 1 c Dry white wine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c soy sauce
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 T Minced Onion
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Minced garlic
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 T Brown sugar or honey
  • 372529⁄164516864 oz Canned beef broth
  • 1 Gingerroot piece (1")
  • - crushed

Cooking Wined Teriyaki Strips

1. Slice steaks diagonally across grain into 1/4- X 1-inch strips.
2. Place in large bowl.
3. Mixi wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, broth and gingerroot.
4. Pour over meat and marinate 1 hour, turning 3 or 4 times.
5. Thread on skewers and grill over coals until done as desired.
