Wilted spinach

Wilted spinach ingredients
- 4 sli Bacon
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1 T flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vinegar
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 ds Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 1 lb Spinach
- 1 Hard-boiled egg, chopped
Cooking Wilted spinach
1. Recipe by: elizabeth powell preparation time: 0:15 fry bacon until crisp.
2. Remove from pan, drain on paper towels, and crumble.
3. Sautei onion and carrot in bacon fat until just tender.
4. Sprinkle with flour and cook one minute.
5. Add vinegar, sugar, dash of pepper, and water.
6. Bring to boil.
7. Pour over spinach and top with crumbled bacon and chopped egg.
