Wild rice with quinoa

Wild rice with quinoa ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 c water
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Wild rice, washed & soaked
- 1⁄2 c quinoa
Cooking Wild rice with quinoa
1. Combine the water & soy sauce in a pot & bring to a boil over medium high heat.
2. Add wild rice & cover, reduce heat & simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add the quinoa, cover & simmer for a furtehr 20 minutes or until the water is all absorbed.
4. Remove from heat & allow to steam, covered for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork.
