Wild rice spoon bread ingredients

  • 1 c Cooked wild rice
  • 1⁄4 c Cornmeal
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1⁄2 t Baking soda

Cooking Wild rice spoon bread

1. Combine ingredients together and mix to form smooth batter.
2. Put batter in a greased baking dish and bake at 325 °F for 1 hour.
