Wild rice and spam ingredients
- 12 oz Spam
- 2 c Cooked wild rice
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped Carrots
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped pecans
- 1 med Yellow pepper, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Raisins
- Sherry chive vinaigrette
- Lettuce cups, if desired
- Vinaigrette
- c Oil
- 2 T Sherry
- 1 Cloves garlic
- 1 T Chopped parsley
- c Snipped chives
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
Cooking Wild rice and spam
1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce cups.
2. Cover and refrigerate four hours or overnight.
3. Serve in lettuce cups if desired.
4. For the vinaigrette: combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until minced.
