Whoopie cup cakes ingredients

  • CUP CAKE
  • 1 1⁄2 c flour
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1 t Salt
  • 6 T Cocoa
  • 3 T Crisco
  • 1 c Sour milk
  • - (1 T Vinegar + 1 C Milk)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • FILLING
  • 2 1⁄2 T flour
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1⁄2 c Sugar
  • 1⁄4 c Crisco
  • 1⁄4 c butter

Cooking Whoopie cup cakes

1. *** cup cake *** sift dry ingredients into a mixer bowl.
2. Add crisco, milk and vanilla.
3. Beat hard for 2 minutes.
4. Pour into paper lined muffin tins.
5. Bakei 20-25 minutes in a preheated 350
