- CUP CAKE
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 6 T Cocoa
- 3 T Crisco
- 1 c Sour milk
- - (1 T Vinegar + 1 C Milk)
- 1 t vanilla
- FILLING
- 2 1⁄2 T flour
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄4 c Crisco
- 1⁄4 c butter
Cooking Whoopie cup cakes
1. *** cup cake *** sift dry ingredients into a mixer bowl.
2. Add crisco, milk and vanilla.
3. Beat hard for 2 minutes.
4. Pour into paper lined muffin tins.
5. Bakei 20-25 minutes in a preheated 350
