White Turkey Chili ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Onion, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 2483527⁄624973141 t olive oil
- 1 t Cumin
- 1 t Oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 c chicken broth
- 19 oz cannellini beans -- drain and rinse
- 2 c turkey light meat -- cooked cubed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c monterey jack cheese -- grated
Cooking White Turkey Chili
1. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until tender.
2. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt.
3. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Stiri in beans and turkey.
5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
