White Turkey Chili ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Onion, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 clv garlic, minced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t olive oil
  • 1 t Cumin
  • 1 t Oregano
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 19 oz cannellini beans -- drain and rinse
  • 2 c turkey light meat -- cooked cubed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c monterey jack cheese -- grated

Cooking White Turkey Chili

1. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until tender.
2. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt.
3. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Stiri in beans and turkey.
5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
