White Chip Island Cookies

White Chip Island Cookies ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 c All-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 3⁄4 c butter or margarine, softened (we recommend LAND O LAKES®)
- 3⁄4 c Packed brown sugar
- 1⁄3 c Granulated sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 Large egg
- 2 c NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
- 1 c Flaked coconut
- 3⁄4 c macadamia nuts or walnuts, chopped
Cooking White Chip Island Cookies
1. PREHEAT oven to 375° F. COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
2. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
3. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
4. Stiri in morsels, coconut and nuts.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
6. BAKE for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
7. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
