- 2 qt Popped popcron
Cooking Whiskey-sour popcorn balls
1. Approximately ½ cup dry whiskey sour mix (2 packets of individual drink mix ½ cup sugar ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup light corn syrup ½ cup water ½ tsp vinegar preheat oven to 250. Place popcorn in a large 4 inch deep buttered baking pan. Keep warm in over.
2. Combine other ingredients in a large saucepan.
3. Cook until mixture reaches 250 on a candy thermometer.
4. Remove popcorn from oven.
5. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn.
6. Mixi well.
