Wheat Soy Sesame Bread ingredients
- 2 T Baking yeast
- 2 c Lukewarm water
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sweetener
- 1 t Salt (optional)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Ground sesame seeds
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Soy flour
- 2 T Soy grits
- 4 c Whole-wheat flour
Cooking Wheat Soy Sesame Bread
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Turn out onto a floured bowl knead till elastic.
4. Add more flour as necessary.
5. Place dough in large bowl, cover let rise till doubled in size.
6. Punch down, knead for 3 minutes, adding more flour as needed.
7. Shape into 2 loaves place in oiled loaf pans.
8. Let rise again till nearly doubled.
9. Bakei at 350F for 30 minutes.
10. Should sound hollow when done.
