Wheat Free Pie Crust ingredients

  • 1 c AM Barley flour
  • -OR- other flour
  • 1⁄4 c Oil; preferably cold
  • 3 T Cold water

Cooking Wheat Free Pie Crust

1. Mixi all ingredients well.
2. Press into pie plate with fingers.
3. Prick with fork.
4. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
