West Indian Shrimp ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb shrimp, cooked -- drained and peeled
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T Angostura bitters
  • 1 t dried chervil
  • 1⁄2 t Marjoram
  • 1⁄2 t thyme
  • 1⁄2 t Cumin seeds
  • 1⁄4 t saffron
  • 1⁄2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking West Indian Shrimp

1. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil until it smokes.
2. Quickly saute shrimp.
3. Stiri in bitters and herbs.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesani cheese and broil until lightly browned.
