Wenatchee applesauce muffins ingredients

  • 2 c unsifted all purpose flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Light-brown sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cinnamon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground nutmeg
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c (½ stick) butter or
  • margarine
  • 1 c thick applesauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dark seedless raisins.

Cooking Wenatchee applesauce muffins

1. From: pat stockett wenatchee applesauce muffins heat oven to 42Grease 12 muffin cups.
2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and blend.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan.
4. Remove from heat; stir in applesauce and milk.
5. Beat in egg. stir in applesauce mixture into dry ingredients and, when well blended, stir in raisins.
6. bake 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before removing muffins from tin.
