After having four kids in

Guest   November 18th, 2007

After having four kids in the past 12 years, I had gained a little weight. I was 147 pounds, and thats big for me. I was very sad when I had to go on my diet. I love ice creamy foods, but my diet said \"no!\" When I found this \"weight watchers approved\" recipe for a milkshake, I jumped with joy. Now when somebody asks me how old I am, I can smile and say 33! And I\'m back to 122 punds! My 33 year old self now feels like 23! And when I\'m a grandma at age 50, I hope I still look like I\'m 23. So if your looking old like me (33 is oooold!) then try this recipe!
