Watkin wynne pudding(welsh)

1. (pwdin watcyn wynne) mix the dry ingredients.
2. Beat the egg and add to the milk.
3. Bind the pudding together with the liquid.
4. Cover and boil for 3 hours.
5. Serve with madeira sauc.
