Watermelon ice 2

Watermelon ice 2 ingredients
- 4 c Watermelon, cubed, seeded
- 1⁄3 c Granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 c water
- 2 T Lime Juice, fresh
Cooking Watermelon ice 2
1. Servings: 4 in a small saucepan, combine sugar and water; bring to a boil and cook until sugar is dissolved, about 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Or, place sugar and water in a 2-cup glass measure.
3. Microwave at high for 2 - 3 minutes or until liquid comes to a boil, stirring once to dissolve the sugar.
4. Let cool.
5. Pureei the watermelon in a food processor or blender until smooth; place in a bowl along with sugar syrup and lime juice.
6. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
7. Freeze until nearly solid, about 2 hours.
8. Scoop mixture into a food processor or blender and beat until mixture is smooth, but not melted.
9. Spoon into dishes and serve immediately.
