Watermelon Cake ingredients

  • 1 pk white cake mix
  • c Watermelon (Seedless) -- cubed
  • 1 pk Gelatin Powder (Mixed Fruit)
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 T Oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Watermelon Juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 2 c Powdered sugar;
  • 2 pk cream cheese, softened

Cooking Watermelon Cake

1. Greasei and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, cubed wate rmelon, gelatin powder, egg whites and oil. Beat until smooth.
2. Pour into a prep ared pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until cake tester inse rted in cake comes out clean.
3. Cool on a rack and frost with watermelon icing.
4. Icingi: Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
5. Add sugar and watermelon juic e; stir until blended.
