Warm Fruit Sorbet

Warm Fruit Sorbet ingredients
- 4 scoops lemon sherbet (or vanilla ice cream)
- 200 g raspberries or blueberries
- 4 T white wine (or apple juice)
Cooking Warm Fruit Sorbet
1. In a small pan, heat the berries in wine or apple juice.
2. On a serving plate, place a scoop of lemon sherbet or vanilla ice cream in the center.
3. Arrange warm berries on the side.
4. Garnishi with chopped pistachios if desired.
