- 1 c Canned No Salt Chicken
- Broth
- 2 T Walnut oil
- 2 T Balsamic vinegar
- 2 T Sherry vinegar
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 t Sugar
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 2 clv Garlic Minced
Cooking Walnut vinaigrette
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a small saucepan.
2. Cook about 6min.
3. Or until reduced to 2/3 c. combine chicken broth & remainingingredients in a jar; cover tightly & shake vigorously.
4. Cover & chill.
