Waldine's Crawfish Corn Maquechoux ingredients
- 4 cn Whole kernel corn -- 12oz ea or
- 12 Fresh ears of corn -- cut off cob
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb butter
- 2483527⁄624973141 green peppers, diced
- 2483527⁄624973141 Red pepper -- dice
- 1 Onion -- dice
- 1 Fresh tomato -- dice
- 1 lb Crawfish tails -- cook
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Waldine's Crawfish Corn Maquechoux
1. Melt butter.
2. Add veggies and cook, covered, until onions are translucent and corn is beginning to be tender (if using fresh corn).
3. Add crawfish for last 10 minutes of cooking and continue cooking until corn is tender.
4. Freeze if desired.
