Vidalia-swiss dip ingredients

  • 1 med Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 3 c Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c Mayonnaise, (low-fat ok)
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper

Cooking Vidalia-swiss dip

1. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.
2. Bakei at 325 °F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
