Vidalia onion salad ingredients
- 2 c Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Lettuce, torn in bite size-
- -pieces - icebox, Romaine etc
- 8 Eggs, Hard Boiled
- Dressing
- 2483527⁄624973141 c mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 t White vinegar
Cooking Vidalia onion salad
1. In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
2. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing.
3. Repeat and end with dressing.
4. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
5. This is great with steak and potatoes.
