Venison stew 2

Venison stew 2 ingredients
- 2 T Cooking oil
- 3 large Onions, finely chopped
- 1 T worchestershire sause
- Oregano
- 1 t Pepper
- 7 Potatoes, peeled and
- 1 lb Carrots, cut into 1-inch
- 1⁄4 c All-purpose flour
- -Bottled browning sauce
- 2 lb Venison stew meat
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Bay leaf 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 T Salt
- 3 c water
- -quartered
- -pieces
- 1⁄4 c Cold water
- (optional)
Cooking Venison stew 2
1. Heat oil in a dutch oven.
2. Browni meat.
3. Add onions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper.
4. Simmeri, covered, 1-½ to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
5. Add potatoes and carrots.
6. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender, about 30-45 minutes.
7. Mixi flour and water; stir into stew.
8. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
9. Add browning sauce if desired.
10. Remove bay leaf.
11. yield: 8-10 servings.
