- 1 lb Venson [ground]
- 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 4 c Tomatoes, canned; chopped,
- 3⁄4 c Catsup
- 1 cn (15½ oz) kidney beans
Cooking Venison chili ala fred
1. 1) combine the venison, onions, salt and pepper, and brown in a skillet, stirring `til crumbley.
2. 2) add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 45 min or `til it is of the desired consistancy.
