Venison Breakfast Sausage ingredients
- 1 lb Venison, ground
- 8 oz lean bacon, sm. pieces
- 3⁄4 t Salt
- 1 t sage
- 1⁄2 t Ginger
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
Cooking Venison Breakfast Sausage
1. Grindi above; or mix well.
2. Shape into thin patties and fry until browned and done.
3. Makes 1 1/2 pound sausage.
4. Can also be frozen uncooked.
