Veggie quiche ingredients

  • 8 Eggs; separated
  • 8 oz Plain low fat yogurt
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese -- diced
  • 1 c Vegetable pieces, (broccoli Cauliflower
  • Mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 small Onions
  • pepper, dash
  • Any herbs of your choice

Cooking Veggie quiche

1. Whipi whites until stiff but not dry. Put aside.
2. Mixi yogurt, yolks, and cheese.
3. Put aside.
4. In large skillet saute onion, vegetables and herbs.
5. Add cheese mixture.
6. Foldi in whites delicately.
7. Place in piecrust pan and bake at 325 °F for 45 minutes.
