Veggie Fajitas ingredients
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Green bell pepper
- hot green peppers
- Onions
- garlic
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t Cumin
- 1 t Oregano
- 1 t garlic
- 1 t Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T water
Cooking Veggie Fajitas
1. Mixi the soy sauce, cumin, oregano and crushed/powdered garlic and marinate all vegetables in it for a few minutes.
2. In the meantime, heat a wok or iron skillet so water boils away instantly.
3. If you wish, coat the surface with a little oil. Tossi in the vegetables with a tablespoonpn water, shake the pan, and cover for a few minutes, until the broccoli is bright green.
4. Stiri the vegetables.
5. Add black pepper just before you remove the skillet from heat.
6. The important thing is to prevent the veggies from becoming too tender -- crispness is essential.
7. Wrap in tortillas and add salsa, guacamole, cheese or sour cream if desired.
