Vegetarian pate ingredients
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 T margarine or water
- 2 lb Fresh mushrooms, finely
- -chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1⁄3 c Bread crumbs
- 2 T Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Vegetarian pate
1. In a large saucepan, heat the margarine or water and cook the onion for 10 minutes.
2. add the mushrooms and cook for another 20-30 minutes, or until all the liquid has evaporated.
3. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the remaining ingredients.
4. Spoon into a serving dish and serve immediately.
5. preparation time, 20 minutes.
