Vegetarian burger ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Broccoli, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Carrots, chopped
- 2 T parsley, fresh, minced
- 2 T basil, fresh, minced
- 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Celery seed
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 1 t Lite soymilk
- 1 c Basmatic rice, cooked
- 1 T Sesame seeds
- 1 T Cracked wheat germ
Cooking Vegetarian burger
1. In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot, parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk.
2. Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste.
3. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
4. mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm.
5. Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
