Vegetable/meat and poultry seasoning ingredients
- 1 t Marjoram
- 1⁄2 t thyme
- 1 t Sweet basil
- 1⁄2 t sage
- 1 t parsley
Cooking Vegetable/meat and poultry seasoning
1. This seasoning is mixed in parts.
2. Suggest starting with a very small quantity with ingredients that you have, keep notes of any substitutions.
3. Use about 3 times as much fresh herb as the same dried herb.
